Colossians 2:11-15

We are free in Christ because of our identification with Him. Sin ultimately has no power over us.

Colossians 2:6-10

We must live in Christ. We are made complete in Him and have victory and freedom in Him.

Whatever we experience or understand in this life only has meaning to the extent it is experienced or understood in Christ.

As gospel believers, we share in Christ’s suffering and know Him better as a result.

Justification is the single most incredible gift ever given or received.

Christ is supreme over all things and yet died for us.

Acts begins with Jesus issuing the Great Commission and ends with Paul fulfilling it.

Our God does amazing things from a perspective we can never comprehend.

Do not expect that life as God’s child is always rational. Do not assume that righteousness equals peace and safety.

“But we must run aground on a certain island.”
